An area situated to the west and central London, comprising South Kensington, North Kensington and West Kensington. It goes without saying that it is an affluent area, bisected by the major shopping street, Kensington High Street. Westfield Shopping Centre close to the edge of Kensington- technically in Shepherds Bush has however dented it as a shopping hub. Kensington is home to museums such as the Natural History Museum, Olympia and the U.K’s most expensive street, Kensington Palace Gardens. Homes for Ambassadors and Oligarch’s in the main.
All of Kensington is densely populated with few high rise buildings, housing mainly consists of Victorian and Edwardian apartments, many of them conversions. There is a big difference between say, North Kensington and South Kensington. We are happy to talk through the different parts of this rather large London area.
