How much will it cost?
We work on a retained basis, on commencement our retainer is £1500 plus VAT. On exchange of contract our fee is 1.75% of purchase price. We charge a minimum fee of £6000 plus vat in addition to the retainer.
I am not sure where I want to live.
No problem, part of the service is investigating area’s that may work. Discarding some and focussing on others where necessary. It is part of our job to help you decide. We have had some clients looking in four of the home counties.
How long will you work with us?
Our contract is for 9 months.

Do you only work with the very rich and celebrities?
We work with anyone who needs us. Our lowest search figure is around £500k but in London we usually work around £1m plus.
How long does it take to find?
We are very dependent on our clients and their timescales but we invariably find and offer on something within 6 weeks of instruction.
